The Aithers are a Punk/New Wave covers band from the Nottingham/Chesterfield area. The Aithers was formed by two members of the Stranglers tribute band - No More Heroes who supported Stiff Little Fingers, UK Subs a number of times and also supported The Stranglers. Wendy Aither, the wild bitch drummer with attitude, joined the band in July 2011.
The Aithers play a range of Punk and New Wave covers from bands such as The Jam, The Stranglers, The Clash, Sham 69, The Damned, The Who (not a punk or new wave band but in the same vein), Elvis Costello, XTC, The Nerves and others.

Ash Aither - Bass & Backing Vocals
Former drummer from No More Heroes, mountain biker and runner.
Wendy Aither - Drums
Experienced session drummer and former pipe band drummer. A proficient reader of drum music and bitch with attitude.
