Andy Ska is a one man multi-instrumentalist tribute show to all things 2Tone,ska & reggae. The show features live SAXOPHONE, GUITAR & vocals. Hits from Madness, The Specials, Eddy Grant, UB40, The Lambrettas, etc
Andy is a seasoned musician playing live music for over 30 years, starting out on the drums aged 14, moving on to other instruments over the years. He has run many successful bands, including top tribute bands, Amy Wynehouse, The Kommitments and he has played alongside The Stars Of the Commitments (which featured 3 members of the original movie band). Playing across the UK & Europe currently with The UB40 Experience the country’s leading tribute to the Birmingham reggae giants. Andy has played in all sorts of bands performing soul, Ska, Motown etc with bands such as Jungle Lion, Stateside 45, The Motowners etc
His love of Ska & Reggae as culminated in this show. He has full PA, is an Equity member, with access to full public liability insurance, & all his equipment his P.A.T tested.
The show is 2 x 45 mins sets of classic Ska & Reggae, some popreggae & mod tunes to appeal to a broad age range! Featuring top quality period stage costume
