Some Details...

Based in the East Midlands in the UK, JD & the FDCs are a rock ‘n’ roll band. And then some.… Comprising Panic, Teenage Casket Company, The Dangerfields, Patchwork Grace and DIP alumni, the quartet released their award-winning debut “The FDCCDEP” in August 2010.Since then, the collective talent and pooled experience of these seasoned musicians has been put to work in the service of one of the most popular and acclaimed live shows to be found on UK shores.

Soon after their debut release, the band unveiled their critically-acclaimed music video in support of the E.P.’s lead-off single, “Never Gonna Stop”

Between delivering headline, nationwide-shows and also supporting other internationally-revered acts, such as his personal heroes The Swingin’ Utters ; JD (who has been previously been seen as a member of the Marky Ramone band and occasional guest vocalist for the Misfits) and his FDCs started work on what was to become their debut album.

Jason Sanderson – producer of their debut E.P, whose credits include both internationally recognised recording-artists and cult heroes like Rolo Tomassi, Hawkeyes and Ginger Wildheart – handled production duties for the album and the mastering was completed in Los Angeles by none other than Howie Weinberg. (Nirvana/Public Enemy/U2/Rancid/The Clash/Ramones….)

To be released on 02/08/12, “Recognise” features a stellar array of guest appearances courtesy of luminaries from the worlds of rock, punk, TV and…wrestling! The band was delighted to be joined by Dez Cadena (Black Flag), Amy “Lita” Dumas (Former WWE Womens Champion), Johnny Bonnel (Swingin’ Utters), Acey Slade (Murderdolls), Richard Bacchus (D Generation), Jesse Luscious (Blatz/The Criminals), Andee Blacksugar (The Dark Party), Carol Hodge (Steve Ignorant/Crass), and Rob Lane (Let Loose/TCC) and “Recognise” is now one of the most anticipated debuts of the year.
