Blues rock guitarist Larry Miller is the master of the guitar and once on stage this shy, almost retiring musician, metamorphoses into an in-your-face rock star and truly lets rip! His charismatic personality overflows as he possesses the stage.
Larry Miler was destined to be a guitarist. The youngest son of a highly artistic family from Guildford, he picked up his brother's guitar and within a year had put together his first band - and written all their material. Having bought his now legendary trademark "Larryocaster" strat, he was citing influences such as Freddie King, Jimi Hendrix, Roy Buchanan, Gary Moore and Rory Gallagher. Gallagher, who later became a personal friend, actually shared the cover of his "Stagestruck" album with Larry.
Larry and his band have built up a huge following all over the U.K. and have performed alongside artists as diverse as Peter Green, Ian Gillan, Climax Blues Band, Thunder and Walter Trout. Thousands have now seen Larry perform at the Reading Festival, Kent Bike Show, and the Massive Bulldog Bash - one of "the most innovative performers around" said Kerrang.
Behind the maestro is the tightest group around, consisting of top studio/session drummer Andy Aust laying a superlative groove, Mel Waters on Bass guitar providing the anchor.
Larry has been called "the happiest blues guitarist on the circuit", but listen carefully to what the man plays, and you'll hear sheer top of the range guitar work, that only comes from someone who is dedicated to their craft - polished, professional and highly entertaining.
