'Absolute Thunder', the awesome tribute to British heavy rockers Thunder play PJ's on Booth Street, Ripley on Sat 10th April. This is the first appearance in the area for Absolute Thunder who are based in birmingham but they have played to sell out crowds across the UK over the last year. Expect gut wrenching versions of all Thunder's finest anthems such as Dirty love, Love walked In, Higher Ground, A better man, Englishman On Holiday and many more. They'll be supported by Ilkeston's up and coming young rockers, Grand Ultra, fronted by the brilliant Joe Hill, one the region's finest rock vocalists. Admission is £6 and doors open at 8pm.
