Head Of Programmes is essentially the alias of James MacGregor, a singer/songwriter based in South West England, who writes simple songs that wander the same paths of love, joy and failure profered by Smog or Sun Kill Moon, producing a beautifully sad alt-country meets indie rock sound.

Goodwin Sands:
We began writing songs at the beginning of 2009. In our short history we have been lucky enough to play throughout the Netherlands and tour Ireland. In the coming months we are planning to play throughout the Netherlands and in April head to England for a 5 day Spring tour.
