With two sold out 7”s and inclusions on the latest Fierce Panda and Kitsuné Maiso...n compilations under their belts, the Morecambe four piece have been gaining fans throughout the country and beyond. Features in NME & The Fly, increasing radio plays and an intense touring schedule has seen their distinct brand of rain-soaked British pop - cloaked in intricate guitars, impetuous vocals, Motown harmonies and a longing for better times – reach the eyes and ears of an ever-growing audience.

Another season, another reunion of sorts for the band who almost broke a local venue's ceiling in 2010 and were crowned winners of the late Trent FM's Future Sound of Nottingham award in 2009: those sweet and tender hooligans THE TURF return once more to bring their distinctively English rock’n’roll to the fold.

Sheffield three piece THE VELOTONES take the short trip through the dales to grace Spanky Van Dykes' stage with their short bursts of fuzzy garage rock.

Nottingham's most exciting new prospect, BOOTS BOOKLOVERS' Smithsonian romanticism is laced with what some might describe as 'jangly' guitars, references to Sillitoe and an optimistic sort of disdain for ones own hometown. Make sure you get down early for these bobby dazzlers.
