New Kids on the Block are back! They may be older and wiser but the spark certainly hasn’t gone! And to prove they still have what it takes to be top of their game they will be playing at Trent FM Arena Nottingham on Friday 23rd January 2009.

In the late eighties and early nineties, while still teenagers themselves, New Kids on the Block became a phenomenon selling over 70 million albums – including the back to back international number one efforts ‘Hangin’ Tough’, and ‘Step By Step’. They also had a series of crossover R&B, pop hits like ‘You Got It’, ‘Cover Girl’, ‘I’ll Be Loving You’ and ‘Tonight’.

So what should you expect from the original line up, Jordan Knight, Jonathan Knight, Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg and Danny Wood when they go on tour in 2009?

“We’re still young, were still hot…its going to be a girls night out!”

The snowball is getting pretty big and it’s heading down the mountain now!” said McIntyre.

So if you want to be part of the second phenomenon get your hands on a pair of tickets when they go on sale because they are going to be like gold dust!
