The Riverside Pub & Kitchen overlooks the River Trent, and has been open since the spring of 2010.
The interior has a modern feel whilst retaining many of the building's original features with a mix of formal and less formal drinking and dining areas. The accent is on comfort and style with leather seating, relaxing sofas and a food & drink offer to match.
Our fresh, seasonal menus are available all day, seven days a week, with every dish homemade. There are classic mains such as Battered Haddock, Steak Ale & Mushroom Pie and Handmade Gourmet Burgers, a wide selection of a la carte cuisine, along with our ever popular Char-grilled aged Steaks with Homemade Chips.
All the family are catered for - there is a separate children’s menu featuring all their favourites – as well as traditional roast dinners served every Sunday until 6pm. For those with a sweet tooth, there is an impressive range of handmade desserts and pastries for you to enjoy.
For the discerning drinker, there is an extensive wine list, and the comfortable homely bar area features 3 cask ales and a wide range of spirits and soft drinks. The Riverside is more than just a great restaurant; it has become a key village pub, attracting locals and walkers enjoying the riverside paths.
